Your prototype works.
Now make it production-ready.

Endium turns AI-built applications and internal tools into secure, reliable software ready for real users and real operations.

Prototype to production

AI can generate a working prototype in days. Real customers raise a different set of demands.

Authentication and authorization. Secure data access. Architecture. Integrations. Testing. Deployment. Observability. Reliability. Cost control. Maintainable code. Scale. That is the work Endium is built for.

Our founder, Trever Jackson, brings more than 20 years of engineering across fintechs, VMware, AWS, Google, and Cloudflare, and we put that experience behind every build.

Working examples

See what we build.

These examples show the kinds of systems we build: agents, internal workflows, customer tools, and first products. One runs live on this site. Four are interactive concepts using illustrative data, not live client results.

Endium · Front office agent Live on this site
We keep missing inbound requests when everyone is on site. Could you build something that catches them?
Yes, that fits work we have done for our own front office. Two questions so our team starts with context. Roughly how many inquiries reach you in a week, and who follows up today?
Around 60 a week. Whoever is free follows up, usually a day late.

A front office agent qualifying an inbound request: it gathers what is missing, prepares a summary, and routes it to a person. The exchange replays from the title bar.

An intelligent dispatch board for a field services company: it suggests the right crew for each job, and the coordinator sets tomorrow’s plan in a few clicks. Try assigning the three jobs.

Two ways to start

Start with what you have.

A prototype that needs to become a product

You built a useful application or internal tool with AI. Now authentication, secure data, integrations, deployment, reliability, or scale are slowing you down. We keep what is sound, replace what will not hold up, and build the missing production systems.

An idea that needs to be built properly

You have a product or workflow worth building and want it designed for real use from day one. We define the right first release, build the product, and put production practices in place as it grows.

A prototype proves the idea. Production engineering makes it dependable.

Production engineering

What makes software dependable.

01 · Secure by design

Authentication, roles, data separation, and access boundaries are built into the system, not added after launch.

02 · Built to be operated

Tests, repeatable deployments, monitoring, alerts, and clear recovery paths make the software safer to run.

03 · Ready to evolve

Maintainable architecture, cost controls, performance choices, and documentation make the product easier to improve and scale.

We review what exists, keep what is sound, build what is missing, and stay accountable after launch.

Questions

Fair questions, straight answers.

Practical questions about existing code, starting fresh, and what happens next.

Can you work with what we already built?

Yes. We review the code, architecture, infrastructure, data, and what you have learned from real use. We keep what is sound, identify the production risks, and build forward. We do not rewrite for its own sake.

What does it cost to get started?

The first conversation costs nothing, including our honest read on whether we are the right team. If we move forward, you receive a written plan with scope and price before building begins. A small first step is priced like a small first step.

How quickly will we see something working?

A written plan comes first. Then most projects produce working software in weeks, with regular releases you can use and respond to as the product develops.

Who owns what you build?

You do. You keep the code, accounts, infrastructure, documentation, and knowledge created through the work. If we ever part ways, the software and everything required to operate it go with you.

Do you also build from scratch?

Yes. When there is no useful starting point, we define, design, and build custom AI software from the ground up with production practices in place from day one.

Start here

Bring us your prototype. Or bring us the problem.

If something already works, we will help it become secure, reliable, and ready for real users. If you are starting from scratch, we can design and build the right first release.

No deck required. A working link, repository, or plain-language description is enough.
